TriSage provides telehealth and wellness services that connect patients with licensed healthcare providers. The information provided through our Services is for informational purposes only and is not intended as a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always seek the advice of your physician or other qualified healthcare provider with any questions you may have regarding a medical condition.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and a resident of the United States to use our Services. By using our Services, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements.
4. Account Registration
To access certain features, you must create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
5. Prescription and Compounding
TriSage works with licensed compounding pharmacies to fulfill prescriptions. All prescriptions require approval from a licensed healthcare provider. Compounded medications are not FDA-approved and are prepared based on a prescriber's order for an individual patient.
6. Payments and Subscriptions
You agree to pay all fees associated with your use of the Services. Subscription fees are billed in advance on a recurring basis. You may cancel your subscription at any time; cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, TriSage shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Services.
